No room for turquoise hydrogen in this revised additional Hydrogen Headstart program. Given the Fed. govt''s relaxation of their natural gas policy, surely it should extend to the hydrogen incentives as well. Until they change this policy we are left with only hydrogen produced from biogas (carbon negative and therefore better than electrolysis) as being eligible. I hope the CDP is already picking up the $2/kg
