Ah but here's the cracker of their policy - back coal until there's more renewables in the system.Not back coal forever as you imply..
What they're saying is stop wasting time with nuclear that won't contribute a single kw till 2040 and continue with fossil fuels until the renewables are in the system. This is a common sense approach.
