To be precise from the 10 year chart weekly SP will need to finish the week at $7.20 and above the break resistance.
That being said in the charting world we always deal with probabilities. As you all know there are no guarantees.
It is more likely that not , that if the SP maintains about $7.20 for the next few weeks , that the next target is $10.
