I've printed the announcement out, read it 3 times and still don't know what it says. I mean I understand the points obviously, but I don't understand what the underlying issue being communicated. Is RMS wanting to make a bid for WGX but can't or..are RMS bound to this agreement legally and cannot make a bid elsewhere?
