Hi Banjo, you can lodge a complaint via the ASIC portal, takes 5 minutes. This falls under market manipulation, I’ll leave a link below. Would also suggest emailing Invictus with your concerns, if enough shareholders do this they will take it seriously, they will have far more clout with the regulators than individual shareholders IMO. For those that think this is a useless endeavour, I have done the above and have received active feedback, the wheels are turning on this and if everyone makes a small effort to highlight this, particularly to management, in due course there will be appropriate consequences for the entity carrying this out
