Whether the upcoming raise comes from a strategic investor or Angolan bank(s), it really doesn't do MNB a favour if the formal sales contract with Carrinho is still not available when that happens.
So if MNB has to raise via equity in the next few months BEFORE the formal sales contract is signed, I'd not expect a raise at premium to current sp. No doubt.
