    AWACS can operate without Sat but the data links to friendly fighters and ground stations etc are vulnerable to EW reducing effectiveness - the AWACS is at altitude with line of sight to facilitate radio comms but yes jamming that signal wolud be a potential problem but not easy to do if the AWACS was over Poland
