The danger here is that the market cap is so low that it smells of a very cheap takeover. Maybe a huge offer of 50% premium on the current sp so everyone would get circa 6c. There were some rules put in place of a takeover which I can't remember and frankly can't be bothered to look up.I doubt it though because the state of play is exceptionally high risk atm.Imho & dyor
