    VRX investors on here after the fully underwritten entitlement offer results are announced and show (surprise surprise!) that not many investors were brave enough to tip any further coins into the coffer when the current stage of the EPA process has dragged on for seven-and-a-half times the quoted timeframe with no guaranteed end in sight;
