On the face of it this appears to be a favourable refinancing outcome for Kelsian.
Can anyone interpret from this announcement by how much facilities have been upsized?
According to 1H24 presentation, gearing ratio was 44.2% (increase from 39.8%). Will this upsizing in facilities result in a further increase in gearing levels?
