i am not saying there is conflict with these tenements but I am saying there is evidence of a course of behavior.

the tenements are most likely crap but also providing one document with minimum detail that fits with your beliefs is also could be construed as misleading.

again why would lel buy nothing for 10k other than to show a arms length transaction for the ASX?
