Not quite … but I’ll give you a class sticker for a good attempt to paraphrase for new meanings.
How about you quote the actual full text of the board’s statement around that concept. Pretty sure it was something about 6 lines of text long and had about 5 pre-conditions to any suggested support for any recommendation. Of course you’d need to understand what those pre-conditions met to actually be able to read the statement - but that’s how those things are done right (you do realise that don’t you??).
But hey - it’s your story you’re telling here. The real story is available for anyone who wants to see it to read in the actual announcements.
