I will try to make this really clear for the dummies, If I Don't have to pay $300 for my electricity bill because as you rightly pointed out and I was fully aware of how this will work, the Government is giving some of my own money to the Energy provider, I have an extra $300 in my pocket, and if I don't need this wonderful gift from the Government giving me some of my tax dollars back. I WILL SPEND IT which doesn't help inflation by putting more money back into the economy. Message me If you need any help
