To answer your question "...who will you vote into power that can start building a mine at current extremely low Vanadium prices" , let's assume current management believe they can build the mine, and on a timescale they think is possible given the economic conditions. Let's go with their most recently updated timeline released on 18 April (below). Note, it's their plan, not mine. I'm watching to see if they announce completion of the 3 key deliverables earmarked for end of H1 (4 weeks away), and four others by the end of the year (H2).
