BUT... what I do find fundamentally wrong and blatantly irresponsible is having a contract in place that allows a customer to purchase at below your DFS level pricing parameters. This at the very least should be upped to 600usd at a minimum.
It actually makes beggar all difference and largely irrelevant, you don't provide spod to anyone below the cost of production for more than a short period or you either end up in C&M or visit the knackers yard, which is no use to either party. Its largely self governing ...
