Well it looks like the recent participants in the CR are playing the sad game of dragging the price down to accumulate and average down on their bargain price of 10 cents. Looks like the capital raise has gone too sophisticated dog investors rather than good ones. It's a real shame. Have to ride out the storm now. Scumbags.
