i have, and recently. it is honestly one of the best in class - a total of 3 clicks from within the app and i am at a page organizing a DHL pickup time. Ssense in Australia send you to the post office to send it back. further, they also have up to 24 hours free cancellation now, anytime before it leaves the first supplier
How many of the people complaining about returns are just people who thought they could sneakily wear the outfit once and send it back for a full refund? well guess what, the suppliers have technology which will let them know if you did that.
