Where your theory makes no sense (if indeed we should grace it with the label of "Theory"), is that in the case of the USA, it does undercover insurgency work (in almost every country on earth, including and especially its allies) to groom and bankroll NGOs and politicians to overthrow Govts that America does not like or to take up positions of power within the political systems of the target country to pursue policies to make war on the USA's enemies. But in the case of Russia//China you want us to believe their undercover efforts ARE also directed to making war on Russia/China. Its like what the propaganda of the West has been telling us since the beginning of the Ukraine war.
For some reason, Russia is hooked on self-harm. Russia destroys its own $billion pipeline (and more importantly the last leverage it had over Europe to come to the negotiating table - That's why America destroyed it to remove the cheap gas incentive the Europeans had to stop supporting the proxy war), Russia bombs itself in the nuclear power plant it occupies, Russia bombs its own prison of war camp to kill the prisoners in its custody.
See that's the pesky thing when developing "theories" about geopolitics. It needs to make sense and frankly what you're saying makes no sense.
