I guess one thing to note is that PD1-vaxx new trial is not under an FDA IND. (We have no idea if they are trying to meet any other regulator reqs but I assume not) And IMU has gone from 5 INDs to 3 now.
It has also burnt through CMOs like a bush fire, and changed its flagship product from Her-vaxx to Cf33 to OnCar to Azercel in the space of 2 or 3 years.
