i just saw you thought ex AVL CEO Vince Algar was ‘my mate’ ????
FYI I never held shares here whilst he was an incumbent director but started watching AVL (and ultimately buying a few shares ) after Graham Arvidson was appointed CEO because I had heard - from a sector source I respect - “he’s a good man”.
At last Top 20 count (ie before merge on February 1) the retired Vince still held more than 55million shares.
Is he now ‘long gone’?
I guess we might see if he’s still around to any great extent when the next Top 20 finally is released.?
