Well that sure puts a dampener on expectations although reading that sweetheart OldGeo's post you are left with the feeling that PEL87 could be truly incredible and perhaps will be a truly world class oil field rivaling the best of the best. So we are left with an odd situation in that Namibia could take forever to issue the license which really seems to be the only roadblock to the Woodside farm in announcement, and then we are potentially looking at the first drill occurring God knows when next year. You would think Woodside are on top of the rig situation but are obviously being held up by the Namibian government. With that sentiment would you expect the share price to retreat significantly shortly as investors start to lose patience with the delays and incompetence ? RR
