Mitch I take that to mean all of the required heritage and environmental approvals are in place. Only pending a public servant’s rubber stamp. From my experience POW’s are usually granted within 4 weeks of submission yet both CHR and TG6 are still waiting towards 8 weeks now.

It’s remarkable that they can give my girlfriend Permanent Residency after only applying and paying $4,950.00 27days before hand(these applications in the past could take several years) yet mining companies having done all of the necessary work need to sit idle in a pile of red tape crap!
