While I'm glad they aren't going into receivership, not a single thing said in that announcement has any substance, or is any different from the ongoing carrot on a stick statements for future opportunities. Surely they told these institutional investors more to get the money from them...
I continue to hold, believing in the tech, frustrated by the extremely poor communication and dissapointed by the execution.
