The only issue I see is that QIC would've sold to another investment company and/or fund that would sell down partially until its sale price of $2.62. This will create a fair share of liquidity until $2.62 so I've got another buy in and around that range as it trends downwards. Definitely plenty of value at that range given the companies dividends and distributions.
