Why oh why do management try and stiff their shareholders constanly with the options they propose and their suspect valuations! Why don't they at least try and make them work for their incentives and stop wasting shareholders money with easy to reach short term options. These guys have this time around given us the resolution for voting on the 20c options - the likely US QE and an increase in oil price will push the share price to 20c easily without them having to lift a finger...as well as get paid a good salary.
You might as well just give them money now and stop wasting everyone's time.
