Well it would be a success then wouldnt it ? Wether RFX raises its money from sophs& instos vs Sh's is irrelevant , especially given SH's had ample opportunity at the trough.
Not to mention grumbles from some who lament the lack of instos on the register.
Either way the advised date for shortfall was yesterday and tomorrow for allotments, trading on Monday
