The limestone deposit is looking good. How much is that worth? Who would develop it? is the big question?
Lithium tenements are going to be sold...help to fund the company and get a net smelter
Ghana tenements have been mined and company won't get it back (different than KCN where deposit and plant was in care and maintenance)
So government is going to compensate company for the loss opportunity...
and the Chinese company is known for terrible management and judges are going to take that into consideration.
