so SHE $450,000 below cash backing ( and all the assets and income that we know is there would seem to count for zip to who ever is selling)
Would seem to me that there is 1 of 3 things happening
1 . Ripe for outright takover
2 . It is being accumulated
3 . Someone is unwinding their position and have been for some time ( they just want out)
