In old times, gold miners who found a rich prospect or lode would keep it quiet then go and peg nearby areas. That would prevent others buying up or bidding up nearby leases and looking to sell them back to the natural owner at a profit. A practice more recently termed "nearology". We saw plenty of that in Li in WA.

I support the fact that MIke being an expiration geologist is going hard to build the company primarily by geological exploration it's early phases.
