That is my fear a out right takeover and the only risk i can see in the long term.
I would expect martin Gardener to put this to a share holder vote.
Their are ASX rules regarding any one accumulating over 20%, any accumulation they make i think may have to be announced. lesser rules kick in for holdings over 5%.
