This situation of shorters activity and the fact that the appeal had not been heard by 2nd May, the company i assume has requested the ruling be expedited, this seems to smell of something, whether that be in in the swedish courts or elsewhere, otherwise why would you be shorting a stock if the appeal outcome is imminent
