All I know, is whoever came late to the party, must be worth waiting for. Because, the entire project is being delayed/stalled for completion of the expansion scoping study and their DD.
The 'new' cornerstone investor was late (I mean all other offtakers had years to complete the DD), so must be offering something very reasonable for us to place all existing offtakers on hold.
2 years is impossible, when these projects take on average 18 years to get up and going.
