Nothing much wrong with the coal... it's the blue hair beached whale brigade whats the problem... and culturally, the site is resistant to change. Way to many self anointed experts what been doing the same crappy job for decades since they left school at 16 years old and think they know it all now they been promoted into a Landcruiser Prado.
