It is fairly lengthy and outlines the difficulties faced with the porosity and permeability restricting flow rates particularly in the lower formations (Frasnian Clastics/Nullara).

They have concluded that many of the natural fractures go vertically rather horizontally and as a result the calculation of reserves is difficult if not impossible.

Perhaps that is why OBL have previously mentioned the option of horizontal drilling should they deem it necessary in order for the well to be a producer.
