Explain to me, if everything is so crystal clear according to you, why it was recommended by the Office of the President to have the situation around his powers being extended clarified by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine?
Z refused, because of a bad PR, because it could have been seen that even his own office/ advisors were not confident in legality of the extension.
