On your view of how this company is going to play out, those options will not be in the money and hence won't have any dilutionary impact
After all, your prediction of the SP falling to 0.000001 (according to the wallet investor thing you post) and the SP going above 0.0175 such that the options would be in the money are in fact mutually exclusive
