If JC won't put his own cash into his own project, maybe that's issue too, but I don't know much about that. Like most, I like to see management with skin in the game using their own coin. In fact I've just posted a comment elsewhere about three BODs that sold their shares to a new insto investor, then had the audacity to put out an ASX ann claiming this was a "strategic investment" in the company, despite the fact that the company got no cash, and they themselves pocketed several $ million. "To avoid dilution" was the excuse given. Frankly, I'm just fed up with non-performing managers.
