what i would like to see is the company liquidated on the open market, i would expect a bid sufficient to pay of the people who have caveats over the fixed asstes, and nothing left for the unsecured creditors with loans to the company at about 60% per annum... (that would be karma)....
and there could lie the reason that these unsecured creditors do not call in their loans and cause the winding up of the company...they know they would end up with nothing...they prefer holding out till the mine is producing when they might be able to convert debt to equity and get some return.
