Yes great deal for the Soph's as you mentioned. However the downside is that because it is such a good deal for them, there is a chance that when the new shares are allocated they may get sold for a quick profit while retaining the options for free carry on any upside. This could push the share price down below the raise price of 10c. Not saying this will happen but I've seen it many times before when free options are attached. Time will tell!
