If the only thing that you have to say when anyone critiques FLN is to accuse them of posting in bad faith, I'd recommend learning the actual word. It's "ulterior". "Alterior" isn't a word.
Personally, I don't think FLN will go to zero, or get bought out by a Chinese company (why?), but there are a lot of perfectly reasonable questions about FLN.
For example, why are FLN's 'marketplace' 2023 revenues (in USD terms) midway between their 2015 and 2016 revenues, despite having bought the companies that make up "Freightlancer" in the intervening years and folded that revenue into marketplace? It's... not exactly a sign of health that the companies main segment is flat or declining across 8 years.
