It's generous, if you're a certain type of shareholder (I've benefited personally). It's probably shafted those who aren't.
There's been a lot of 'loyal holders' thrown under the bus the last few years. It's great if you've got more capital to allocate to your investment every month. Not so much if you made your investment decision based on the '21 CPACS raise and have now reached your threshold.
A 5% raise >$5 would have still benefited 'everyone'...
So, yes. It's crazy that the P2 CPACS trial is effectively funded at $1.25.
