Stip being disingenuous at at least be clear. Based on the scale of the vote against the board, and the number of retail holders, I would not be surprised if the majority of holders voted AGAINST, whilst a relative few holders with large holdings voted FOR, particularly if they had secured sweetheart deals that meant they could purchase our product for less than it costs us to produce.
