I note your reply to me but I’m having difficulty understanding why it’s directed at me ??- where did I state that the collective holdings were above the 5% threshold ??
to clarify I’m referring to the top 20 with a bottom of around 6 million shares
an example would be yourself holding 3 million , your super holding 2 million and your dog holding 2 million- whilst each holding is spread to avoid being noticed in the top 20 - they are collectively considered in it
now take that scenario and multiply by , let’s say 20 different families and u can see that it would amount to around 10% - this is what I’m talking about- nothing to do with 5% thresholds and trying to hide behind the threshold provisions of disclosure
