Only got +5.5% in the US overnight because a) the news was expected given their communications to date and b) the underlying issue with the company remains the same - growth has fallen away and they've taken on a US$90M debt facility - of which US$40M has already been drawn down (the full amount available to them). Obviously any FDA approval is a positive step, but the debt profile now completely changes the risk/reward situation.
