It seems pretty clear to me that Viaro have a plan to combine their existing operations in the SNS with Shell's assets, and that would include their HHR JV. The main prize though is the toll charge they would make from moving HHR's gas through the pipe estimated at £300 mill over the life of the project. That certainly softens the blow from any potential withdrawal of investment allowances and that's certainly an incentive to get going on Anning/Sommerville
