From the announcement on 24 August last year:
"Beston Global Food Company Limited (ASX:BFC) (“Beston” or “Company”) advises that it has appointed Mr Kevin Reid as Deputy Chairman of the Board, effective 24 August 2023. Kevin has been a Director of BFC since 31 January, 2022 and is currently chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
The appointment is part of the Board’s succession planning and is intended to facilitate a smooth transition for Mr Reid to assume the role of Chair when the current Chairman Dr Roger Sexton AM retires from the Board in 2024."
