Sounds like they are getting everything lined up which is what we should expect. This is what I heard and happy for corrections if needed.

Working on Consolidating the loans. No plans at all for a Capital Raise at the moment.
Commissioning plant 1 with first pour planned for early June
Plant 2 operating above nameplate
Concentrating on mine planning so they act more efficiently
Improving the refining arrangement
New machinery which improves operations
Nueva Esperanza being studied
Dividends and buybacks being discussed by board but obviously they have to see how the cashflow goes.
