No small raise ... I am convinced that they will secure a short term load..... lets say it cost $12m to progress it ,,, they will have some 5 - 6m in the bank by the time they start.. they could easily borrow say 6m against assets of the business at 10% interest. That is 600k in interest per year.. the interest alone would be covered in less than 1 months of operation and the entire 6mil could be paid back once operational in under 3 or 4 months. I do not think Kevin would want to dilute!
