The base problem is much the same - too high a % of incomes devoted to servicing property speculation either via interest rates or rents. The lords are enslaving the serfs.
Feminism one of the tools used to achieve same as was dumbing down of teacher and school standards. Cant have critical thinkers getting in the way now can we.
The serfs own ignorance partly to blame in allowing such. Change may come eventually - like the French did some time back.
