mathew wood and anthony polglase

There is a lot of discussion concerning M Woods lack of ability to perform well for AVB.
Yet both M Woods, and A Polglase, have held positions with Overland Resources (A Polglase is currently Director). Yet, I don't here any complaints over at OVR. OVR's sp has continued to go from strength to strength. Comments continue to express how impressive the management is, and how OVR has and is continuing to make the right moves forward, etc.
